Terms & Conditions

• "Platform" means apglobalcorridor.com and all associated services.
• "APG" or "we" means Alhumeri Partners Group, the operator of the platform.
• "Member" means any registered user of the platform.
• "Corridor" means an investment pathway connecting two geographic regions.
• "Introduction" means a facilitated connection between two members arranged by APG Team.
• "NDA" means a Non-Disclosure Agreement executed via DocuSign prior to an Introduction.
• "Founding Member" means a member who registers before 31 May 2026 and qualifies for the founding rate.

APG Global Corridor is an investment corridor platform that connects investors, startups, entrepreneurs, partners, and corporates across six global corridors. APG acts as a facilitator — we do not provide investment advice, legal advice, or financial services. All investment decisions are made independently by members.

APG does not guarantee the accuracy of member-provided information, the success of any introduction, or the completion of any transaction facilitated through the platform.

To register as a member you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be subject to any sanctions, legal prohibition, or regulatory restriction that would prevent use of the platform

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. APG is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

The platform offers four membership tiers: Explorer (free), Corridor Member, Partner Access, and Anchor Partner. Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.

Founding Member Rate: Members who register before 31 May 2026 are eligible for the founding rate — a permanent 40% discount on their chosen paid tier, maintained for the lifetime of the membership subject to continuous active subscription.

APG reserves the right to modify tier features and pricing with 30 days written notice to active members. Existing subscribers will not be subject to price increases without their consent.

When a member requests an introduction to another member, the following process applies:

• APG Team reviews the request and assesses fit and appropriateness
• APG Team may approve, decline, or request additional information
• If approved, both parties execute an NDA via DocuSign
• Contact details and full profile information are shared simultaneously with both parties

APG reserves the right to decline any introduction request without providing a reason. Introduction decisions are final and at APG's sole discretion.

As a member you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information on your profile
• Contact other members outside of the APG introduction process to circumvent APG's role
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Use the platform to conduct or facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime
• Post or share content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights

Violation of these conduct requirements may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

For a period of three (3) years following any introduction facilitated by APG, members agree not to directly or indirectly engage in any transaction with the introduced party without APG's involvement and appropriate compensation to APG.

This non-circumvention obligation survives termination of membership.

All information shared through the platform, including but not limited to member profiles, introduction details, and business information exchanged post-introduction, is confidential and subject to the terms of the NDA executed between parties.

Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information received through the platform for a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure.

All content on the platform, including the APG Global Corridor brand, design, software, and database, is the intellectual property of Alhumeri Partners Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

By uploading content to the platform (including your profile photo and bio), you grant APG a non-exclusive licence to use that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. APG does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.

APG is not liable for any investment decisions made by members, any loss arising from introductions facilitated through the platform, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, APG's total liability to any member is limited to the subscription fees paid by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate membership at any time. Members may cancel via their account dashboard. APG may terminate a membership immediately for breach of these terms.

Upon termination, access to paid features ceases immediately. Clauses 7 (Non-Circumvention) and 8 (Confidentiality) survive termination.

Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods except where required by UAE consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the regulations of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be referred to mediation. If mediation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, seated in Dubai, conducted in the English language.

APG reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered members via email with 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
